This October 7th we will continue our refocus on getting back to school and/or back to work.  We did two constellations in our previous meeting September 3rd that had a profound impact on not only the issue holder, but also those who participated and related to challenges being explored.

One interesting outcome from the meeting was the suggestion that we do another day long workshop for OD consultants and executive coaches to they can gain more understanding and practice in how to apply OC in a business setting. There was also interest expressed in starting an OC training program; one that would meet for 4 or 5 workshops over the course of the year. One possible format for the OC training workshop would be a day of training followed with a half day of observation during the OC SIG session, ending with an afternoon of more practice and Q&A.   Stay tuned as things develop.

Regarding our October 7 meeting we will continue with the theme of exploring and freeing up new possibilities for professional and organizational success. 

Generally, when we start with a professional issue or goal we often find the source of the issue is related to a family dynamic that needs to addressed or at least acknowledged. We won't go deeply into that dynamic given the personal nature of that work, but there are family constellation (FC) programs in DC that can be helpful. Organizational work is usually less personal in that sense and more focused on the relationship dynamics between groups, things or ideas as well as individuals. Both OC and FC offer the possibilty of growth on many levels.

Bring your workplace challenges and your dreams and goals for yourself and others to the October workshop. Let's continue to make this Fall a time of thinking bigger and letting go of self limiting mindsets and patterns.
